Second Order Rotatable Designs of Second Type Using Pairwise Balanced Designs

In this paper, second order rotatable designs of second type using pairwise balanced designs is suggested. This design is compared with second order rotatable designs of first type using pairwise balanced designs [1] on the basis of efficiency.
