Abstract
Juvenile ossifying fibroma (JOF) is a rare, benign fibroosseous lesion of the jaws commonly occurring in children. It required postoperative follow-up to rule out recurrence of the lesion. Case Report: we present a case of a 12-year-old girl with a came with the complaints of swelling on the upper right maxillary region. After clinical, radiological, and histopathological examinations the diagnosis given as juvenile ossifying fibroma. The lesion was surgically excised and followed up for two years with no evidence of recurrence.
