Abstract

Fiber-reinforced concrete exhibits characteristics such as high strength, high toughness, high durability, excellent environmental performance, and harmless crack distribution, which significantly mitigate the fundamental shortcomings of traditional concrete, such as rigidity without toughness and brittleness leading to cracking. To analyze the mechanical properties of fiber-reinforced concrete, with a focus on compressive strength and flexural strength, the main influencing factors are examined. Experiments are conducted using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and other methods such as nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and backpropagation (BP) neural networks can be integrated to explore the mechanism by which fibers enhance the performance of fiber-reinforced concrete from a microscopic perspective, thereby studying its mechanical properties.
