Matrix Support Received by Family Health Strategy Teams for the Promotion of Adolescent Mental Health: A Scoping Review Protocol

Abstract

Introduction: This study aimed to describe a scoping review protocol to map the forms of matrix support received by Family Health Strategy teams for the promotion of adolescent mental health. Materials and Methods: The method proposed in The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) manual will be adopted, with registration in the Open Science Framework (OSF) under the link https://osf.io/pgt5e/ (DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/PGT5E), following the PRISMA-Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) checklist. Results: Searches will be conducted in nine databases and gray literature. Findings will be grouped in Rayyan software, with duplicates removed, and article selection performed in stages, including reading titles and abstracts, followed by full-text evaluation by two independent reviewers. A third reviewer will be consulted in cases of divergence. Discussion: The analysis and discussion of the extracted data will be descriptive, summarizing the findings with tabulated results, mapped and described in relation to the objective and the review question. Conclusion: The final article will utilize the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR).
